You can buy every component of a sandwich ready-made. You can also make them yourself. That single decision — house-made versus bought-in — quietly determines how a sandwich tastes, and whether it tastes like anywhere else.

Flavour you control

A bottled sauce is designed to please everyone and offend no one. A house-made sauce can be exactly as sharp, smoky or spicy as a specific sandwich needs. Our secret sauce, pesto and propola picante exist because no bottle matched what we wanted.

Freshness and fewer additives

Made-in-house components are built for today, not for a long shelf life, so they lean on fresh flavour instead of stabilisers and preservatives.

A signature taste cannot be bought — by definition, if it is on a shelf, your competitor can buy it too.

Identity

House-made ingredients are what make a Cheesy Patty taste like Sandwich Lab and not like a generic burger. They are the fingerprint of the kitchen.
